Ayman immigrated from Lebanon to London at the young age of 20 in search of a better career. Initially he worked as a Kitchen Porter at some local restaurents . Later he also worked as a Delivery Guy and as a Salesman . Ayman observed the lack of restaurants offering Mediterranean cuisine in London so he decided to fill the void in the industry and started his own Restaurant .

Today, Ayman owns several businesses in the UK, including a luxury concierge company , Amerald UK, a Mediterranean restaurant , Empire Global Market, Beit El Zaytoun, A Events london ltd , Dash Exotic Car Saloon, london Etc. Beside this Ayman is also a believer of Crypto and have made significant investments in various Crypto currencies, his love and believe in cryptocurrencies lead to the founding Empire Global Market.

Educationally, Jennifer Thompson holds Master of Engineering in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, a Member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, a Princess Trust volunteer, and a STEM UK ambassador

Vlogger (Youtube Creator) 2018” by UK Money Bloggers group, finalist nominated for “Best Finance Blog” at the UK Blog Awards 2019 and the UK Money Bloggers Micro-Influencer of the Year 2019.

In January 2019, Jennifer released her first book titled “The Master Money Blueprint: How to master your money and Create a Powerful Money Mindset” on Amazon in Kindle and paperback. This book is filled with 26 key principles around the topic of money mindset with practical advice that is believed will allow individuals create financial and time freedom whatever their stage in life. Jennifer Thompson currently manages the Empire Global Market.

Head Account Manager EGM, Janet uses her position to drive tangible and effective change within the business to create a more diverse and inclusive environment for clients at the Empire Global Market

Some key initiatives she has championed within the company have included creating a platform for and facilitating listening groups to hear from LGBTQ+ colleagues within Wickes and working with the Executive Board to embrace policy changes. As a direct result, Janet supported developing the EGM investment policy that ensures all new/old clients refits in neutral facilities and have clear guidelines and support for transitioning colleagues / client, their managers, and the team.

In 2021/22, she sponsored an all-employee training course on LGBT gQ+ inclusion, and led a session around intersectionality at the Wickes Annual Managers conference in March 2022.
